Your role will involve food/beverage preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve food/beverage items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining and kitchen spaces
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service
