In this role you will assemble client tax returns, answer and direct phone calls with professionalism, and make mailings as needed.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Printing and assembling tax returns
- Data Entry and other general office tasks
- Scanning & Filing confidential client documents for RSM record
- Assist in compiling and mailing of personal tax returns
- Provide general administrative support
- Business degree program in progress, preferably in Accounting
- Interest/Experience in Accounting/Tax helpful
- Excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and high attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and the timely completion of work
- Previous experience in Microsoft Office
- CRA Access would be an asset but not required.
- **Approved for Work Integrated Learning Placement Program by Red Deer Polytechnic**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range: $18 - $28 per hour
