BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, MBA or equivalent) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset

- Coordinating with internal teams, such as accessories, connected services, and product marketing to ensure that social media content is accurate and aligned with their goals and objectives.
- Working with agencies to ensure that content calendar is followed, and the media support is allocated as per decisions taken.
- Tracking competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for the company to stand out on social media.
- Providing regular reports to internal stakeholders on the performance of social media campaigns, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and goals for social media overall and for Quebec region.
- Working with social agencies to plan a social content calendar that aligns with the company's overall marketing strategy and targets the Quebec market specifically.
- Conducting audits of the company's social media channels to ensure that content is on-brand, engaging, and effective in reaching the target audience in Quebec.
- Lead the MCRP (modular control review process) for Marketing Communications by independently testing, documenting, and seeking leadership approval, effectively using a strong project plan and training resources to ensure corporate compliance.
Overall, as an intern working on social media, creating a focus strategy for the Quebec region, and working on MCRP control process would involve collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute effective social media campaigns that drive reach and engagement in the Quebec market.
