The Mississauga Branch of Royal LePage Signature Realty is an Extremely busy and High Volume home to over 600 agents and over 25 Staff members. We are fully paperless and able to help all our agents, from any of our 3 branches, by having documents and resources shared Globally across the company.
**Responsibilities**: Organizing and vetting completed Real Estate transactions from agents, Entering deals in SkySlope (paperless solution) BrokerWolf, Contacting Lawyers, Other brokers, reporting status to Real Estate Boards, etc. Must have knowledge of TRESA and FINTRAC requirements and working knowledge of BrokerWolf. Finalizing and processing agent payroll a plus but not required.
Must be able to work quickly and accurately, be proficient using computers (must have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel), work well as a team, multitask, and deal with many people in a friendly and professional manner.
**Department Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
