Job Overview:
We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment. This is a full-time and Part-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Duties**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar
- Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Collect payments for services rendered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Assist Veterinarians and Veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Keep the reception area clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is Must.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with veterinary practice management software ( Must Know EzyVet Software)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
