**About Us**:
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth by securing recruitment contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential clients, presenting our recruitment services to meet their hiring needs.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**: Negotiate terms and close deals to secure recruitment contracts.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven sales experience, preferably in recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and drive results.
- **Target-Oriented**: A passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics is a plus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
