**JOB SUMMARY**

The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient, timely and accurate management of customer billings and receivable balances as well as collection processes

**ACCOUNTABILITES**
- Maintain up to date billings under unique customer requirements and working through D365 system setup; sending accurate and valid invoices to customers regularly or by request
- Reconcile customer balances and review aging regularly, trouble shoot discrepancies, resolve issues by working with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance support
- Set up CC payments with customers, ensure credit card payments are processed and settled in a timely manner
- Trouble shoot system issues in D365 environment, support customer system requirement changes (e.g. coupa implementation), participate in system upgrades and testing
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or comparable program
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and setting
- Proficiency in MS Office, proficient in ERP system
- Self-managed and with leadership skills to drive issue resolution, process improvement and career development
- Great communication and tenacity
- Accounts receivable experience, acumen in mathematics/accounting
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
