**Job Summary**:The purpose of this position is to be helpful, knowledgeable and committed to finding solutions for all customers in their pool and spa needs. You will provide world-class customer service and sales practices. You will work independently, and in a team to create a clean, organized, life-like presentation of the Above Ground and Hot Tub program. Your goal is to drive sales and find the most efficient, helpful and customer-focused backyard recreation products to suit their lifestyle and well-being. **Training will be provided on for all products sold in stores.**

**Schedule**: Must be available to work weekends while in season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support a strong commitment to superior and genuine customer service by exerting compassion, knowledge and empathy to all customers and associates
- Drive sales through engaging both customers and associates with accurate and practical product knowledge
- Assist and follow up with on-line leads and support lead generation efforts
- Track all Pool & Spa sales into provided excel spreadsheets & Commission reports
- Collect all outstanding payments before delivery or install, manage the A/R list
- Provide the customer a full pool & or spa orientation within Pioneer Family Pools guidelines
- Use Pioneer Family Pools core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers’ expectations
- Maintain at all times a clean, friendly, sales ready retail floor that is aligned with Pioneer Family Pools Corporate guidelines & expectations

**Customer Service Responsibilities**
- Assist all customers on the retail floor and answer any questions. Greet & approach visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Drive the importance of developing satisfied customers leading to online reviews, and word of mouth marketing
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues to ensure a high level of response time and proper problem resolution
