Job Responsibilities
- **Route-Based Outreach**: Drive through an optimized route to visit specific home addresses targeted by DDCC.
- **Client Engagement**: Deliver a brief, professional introduction about DDCC’s services to homeowners.
- **Sales Package Delivery**: Drop off DDCC’s sales package at designated homes, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
- **Reporting**: Provide feedback on homeowner interactions and route progress to the sales manager.
- **Brand Representation**: Uphold DDCC’s values and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with potential clients.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to follow an optimized route and manage time effectively.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Commission-Based Pay**: Earn competitive commissions based on successful leads generated from your outreach.
- **Gas Allowance**: Reimbursement provided to cover fuel expenses for assigned routes.
- **Flexible Schedule**: 3-4 shifts per week, part-time (approximately 15-20 hours/week).
- **Contract Duration**: 2-month contract with potential for promotion to full-time or extended roles based on performance.
- **Training Provided**: Comprehensive onboarding to ensure success in the role.

**Schedule**
- Part-time, 3-4 shifts per week (flexible scheduling options available).
- Shifts typically involve daytime hours to align with homeowner availability.
