CKF Inc. has five manufacturing facilities located across Canada and one in the USA, with a total workforce in excess of 800 employees. Our operations produce foam, molded pulp and PET products, including disposable tableware, egg cartons, four-cup carriers, display containers, and a wide variety of other products for the food service industry.

We have a permanent position available at our Langley, BC plant location for an Accounts Payable Coordinator, reporting to the Plant Accountant in Langley. This is a full-time job working with a dynamic accounting team which provides accounting services to all our locations in Canada and working close to our operations team in Langley and Delta.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (But are not Limited to)**:

- Processing of Accounts Payable invoices in our different systems, ACI and ERP Ross
- Reconciliation between purchase orders, invoice and goods received in the ERP system
- Maintenance of key general ledger accounts
- Creation of monthly reports
- Creation of reports for year-end audit
- Petty cash management for Langley Plant
- Troubleshooting and resolving purchasing issues
- Providing guidance to purchasers in the Western CKF plants
- Responsible for process improvements to the purchasing process
- Accounting projects and analysis as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must possess a Community College Diploma or degree in Accounting and have at least 2 years in similar role position.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of the General Accounting Team
- Must be proficient in the use of Excel and Word
- Must be extremely detail oriented and have good analytical skills
- Must have ability to meet deadlines under pressure and prioritize work assignments.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills and liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
- Must be able to work varying amounts of overtime as needed to meet year end, month end, budget and other deadlines
- Excels in a fast-paced environment
