**Duties and Responsibilities**

Recruitment
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
- Tracks and maintains employee training records and certifications

Onboarding
- Create and manage personalized onboarding plans for new hires
- Ensure timely completion of all onboarding tasks and documents
- Conduct general orientation session with all new hires
- Ensure manager and employee complete 30/60/90 plans

Training & Development
- Organizes and schedules company training sessions for employees
- Tracks and maintains employee training records and certifications
- Supports Human Resources and Leadership in identifying training needs and opportunities
- Oversees company Health and Safety program
- Researches training programs and makes recommendations
- Will be key in building and maintaining MoveMobility Training Portal

**Qualifications**
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Relevant Work Experience:

- HR or Administrative
- Data entry
- Telephone sales
- Scheduling

**Education**

Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related filed (or equivalent work experience)

**Experience**

Previous recruiting experience preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
