**Who are we searching for?**
- **We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team.**_
- **Job Duties**:_
- Handle all onboarding of newly hired individuals including completion and review of new hire paperwork
- Assist with the online orientation process as required
- Assist with the recruitment of new employees including job postings, resume review, prescreens and setting up of interviews
- Scanning all relevant HR paperwork to appropriate personnel and uploading into employee files
- Assist in various investigations and surveys as required
- Assist with coordination of benefits paperwork
- Other job duties as assigned
- **Requirements**_**:

- Completed Human Resources Management Diploma or Degree required
- 2 years human resources experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment required
- Good working knowledge of Manitoba Employment Standards required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills and very detail oriented
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to adapt to changing situations
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- **Working Conditions**:_
- Travel required when needed to company site locations within Manitoba
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Long periods of sitting
- Overtime as required

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
