**What you’ll do**:

- Full-cycle AR and AP
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Respond to vendor queries and maintain good vendor relations.
- Sort out receipts for several VISA cards.
- Verify Sales and AR monthly.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Generate GST / PST report
- Filing and maintaining of records in an organized manner
- Other related administrative duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- A college diploma or university degree in Accounting is preferred
- Previous Quickbooks experience is preferred.
- You have 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle accounting
- You have experience using MS Excel in an intermediate capacity (formulas, filter, VLOOKUP, pivot table) to provide detailed reporting & analytics.
- Clear, fluent written and spoken English, at ease communicating with different groups of people.
- Fast-learning and willing to take challenge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to details
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy.
- Well-organized and uses good judgment when prioritizing work.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**:From $3500 per month
