LSA is looking to hire STEM Instructors for March Break camps and Summer Break Camps. **Summer Break** June 27th - September 2nd 202 LSA specializes in developing future leaders of tomorrow through our unique programming focusing on finance, success, technology, art, engineering and science. Our motto is "Creating future leaders in a technological world through Technology, Leadership, and Finance.” LSA runs programs all across the Greater Toronto Area, having a very diverse and passionate team that loves interacting and developing Locations we're hiring for: - Toronto - Vaughan - Mississauga - Etobicoke - North York **Qualifications**: - Knowledgeable about technology, computers and software - Passionate about technology and Robotics - Education related to Engineering, Industrial or Graphic Design, Computer Programming, CAD, Art, Electronics, Game design - Willing to spend personal time to learn and explore topics such as coding, robotics, 3D design, or any other new child-friendly STEM technologies - Adept at all computer software and basic tablet and computer use **Required**: - Valid Standard Emergency First Aid and CPR-C within two years (at time of the start of work) - Vulnerable Sector Police Check within one year (at time of the start of work) **Assets**: - Familiar with Javascript and Python programming. OR Need to have proficiency in 1 coding language - Working experience with children ages 4-12 (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.). Experience with camps preferred - Expertise in one of the following - SCRATCH, MAKECODE ARCADE, Minecraft modding, Roblox Studio, Web development, App development, HTML/CSS/Javascript, TinkerCAD, Unity, LUA, C# **Hiring For**: - Instructors with experience in: - Beginner Coding - 3D Design - Lego Robotics - Financial Literacy - Graphic Design **COVID-19 precautions**: - Remote interview process - Personal protective equipment provided or required - Temperature screenings - Social distancing guidelines in place - Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place **Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: $500.00-$700.00 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
