The summer Camp Coordinator is responsible for planning and overseeing every aspect of summer camps (including winter and spring break camps), daily activities, scheduling, lesson plans, purchasing of necessary supplies, administrative duties, and general camp operations, including:

- Plans, organizes and implements training for camp counsellors and addresses personnel concerns, as necessary
- Oversees summer camp budget, reassessing and adjusting according to enrollment numbers
- Organizes materials needed for day-to-day activities and curriculum.
- Communicates with parents about their child’s needs and achievements.
- Assists with a drop-off and pick-up system, monitoring and providing a safe environment for all children and their parents in the program.
- Maintains accurate records of attendance and sign-in/out documentation.
- Knows, understands, trains and executes all camp policies and emergency procedures associated with the camp.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
