**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting
- Prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements
- Respond to RFP, RFQ and RFI for all VS Group divisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
- Manage and track sales activities and provide regular progress reports to management

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, management, sales, or marketing
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
