Are you ready to ignite your sales career in the fire and safety industry? Trans Canada Safety has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in North Bay.

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to drive sales of our Fire & Safety products and services. If you’re passionate about building relationships, creating solutions, and protecting people and their assets, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Service and grow existing customer accounts - in person and through other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
- Promote our full range of fire & safety products, services, and our company vision.
- Meet reporting and planning requirements.
- Travel throughout the region and attend trade shows as required (including some overnight travel).
- Represent Trans Canada Safety as a reliable and trusted partner, always ready to serve.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma
