Position Summary:
The Office Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our production facility. This position provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient workflow between departments, assists with production-related documentation, and helps maintain an organized and professional office environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties including data entry, scanning, and document preparation, production plant organization and planning with various projects
- Support the production and management teams with scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication
- Assist with any duties assigned to help production and Escape function in a professional and orderly manner
- Maintain accurate production of records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
- Support HR and safety functions, including onboarding paperwork and compliance documentation
- Order and maintain office and production supplies
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team communications
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the facility
- upkeep common areas/receptionist duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Self motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site position within a fast-paced production facility
- Monday-Friday schedule, with some flexibility as required
- Salary $21.00-$23.00
