**Financial Services Concierge**

The Concierge personifies the Client Intimacy strategy and is the first point of contact for all BlueShore clients. As a Concierge you are responsible for anticipating and uncovering the needs of our clients and identifying sales opportunities upon their arrival to our Financial Spas. As well, this position promotes and educates our clients/potential clients on a wide variety of BlueShore Financial products and services to ensure Client Intimate sales and service.

**Key responsibilities of this role are**:

- Welcomes clients, uncovers/identifies needs and directs/refers clients to the appropriate service delivery channel and/or other specialized staff within the branch; profiles clients/potential clients in an effort to assess needs and ensure sales opportunities are maximized; recognizes specific life events and educates clients on BlueShore Financial’s products and services.
- Builds rapport and trust with clients and branch staff. Actively uses the Four Pillars of Financial Wellness to ensure Client Intimate service.
- Presents creative solutions to clients’ queries or complaints.
- Proactively promotes, demonstrates and sells alternate banking channels such as Online and Telephone Banking, ATM Services and the Solution Centre.
- Works closely with the Managers and the financial services team to ensure a seamless flow of business between the two departments (branch work flow management); directs in-person branch traffic after identifying needs; facilitates personal introduction of client to branch specialist; works in conjunction with Advisory Associates when scheduling appointments for branch staff.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a financial institution
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of lending and investment products an asset

**Pay Transparency**

Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.

The target range of this role is $48,000 - $56,000. Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity. Plus competitive variable performance bonus.
