Thanks to our innovative strategy, rooted in expert advice and expertise, we continue to sustain excellent financial performance and receive high client satisfaction scores that outpace our competitors. **Employee Type**: Full Time **Job Category**: Client Service and Sales **Location**: Whistler Branch **Key responsibilities of this role are**: Provides superior service to un-assigned clients by responding to a wide variety of requests using the "Four Pillars" approach - Banking, Investments, Credit and Insurance. Understands and advises clients on the purchase of registered and non-registered investment products (including Mutual Funds). Completes and processes all related documentation. Calls unassigned clients during campaigns and as directed by Manager. Negotiates pricing and processes renewals within established pricing grid. Reviews clients’ Client Experience Management (CEM) profile during each interaction, updating as appropriate and acting upon potential opportunities. Refers more complex needs to appropriate personnel as required. Uses CEM to enhance the Client Intimacy (CI) strategy Possesses a solid understanding of the products and services offered through to BlueShore Wealth. Makes referrals where appropriate. Qualifications and Experience 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry Mutual Funds license or working towards mutual funds course Demonstrated knowledge of investment products Demonstrated knowledge of retail lending (including mortgages), loans, lines of credit, etc. Pay Transparency Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce. This role is on a salary step program that provides timely recognition of skill development at important intervals. Salaries on this program are reviewed quarterly to reflect progress made. The range for this role is $52,000 - $70,500/year, plus competitive performance bonus. Starting salaries will be determined by experience.
