As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Restaurant Supervisor** to lead and manage our restaurant team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of our operations.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support cooks and front-end staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Perform front-end duties, including greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order stock, and ensure timely deliveries to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing catering events and special functions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Train, motivate, and provide ongoing support to restaurant staff.
- Ensure adherence to food handling and safety regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and food quality.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Work with the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achieve overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Pro Serve and Food Handling Certificates are required.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Cooking skills are a strong asset, with the ability to assist in food preparation as needed.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach to work.

**Working Hours**:
This position requires 160-180 hours per month, with flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
