- **Ignite Growth**: Proactively generate leads and cultivate long-term partnerships with high-value clients. Your focus is on _quality_ relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
- **Strategic Vision**: Dive deep into market research to uncover untapped opportunities. You’ll identify client needs before they even ask, positioning Hansen Signs as their go-to signage expert.
- **Deliver Excellence**: Collaborate with internal teams to craft innovative, customized solutions for every client. You’ll own the pre-sale process and ensure a seamless handoff to project managers for flawless execution.
- **Own Your Outcomes**: Leverage CRM systems to meticulously manage pipelines, forecast sales, and deliver on ambitious targets.
- **Be a Trusted Partner**: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, serving as a valued extension of their team. You’ll be their guide, from initial consultation to post-project follow-up.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- A college degree in business or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (bonus if it’s in signage or a related field).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for connecting with decision-makers.
- A self-starter mentality, ready to take initiative and make an impact.
- A willingness to travel as needed—your clients are counting on you
