**About Miller Northern**:
The northern operations of Miller Paving Limited, centrally located in New Liskeard, Ontario, is devoted to being a great place to work where people are inspired to be the best they can be. Our Northern divisions have also expanded services to include bridge construction as well. A sampling of our wide range of services includes: Roads and highways (new construction and rehabilitation), Bridges, culverts and concrete pavement structures and Entranceways & parking lots.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the administration of contracts and contractual obligations
- Facilitate daily payroll entry, as well as cost tracking and scheduling
- Completion of hiring packages
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- Administrative duties such as letter writing, note taking, and preparing purchase orders
- Attend meetings related to the project
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Ability to perform effective verbal and written instructions
- Must be attending post-secondary school in civil engineering or business administration (preferred)
- Accounting experience would be considered an asset
- Must comply with non-disclosure practices regarding confidential information
- Must be able to handle high pressure situations
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be a team player
