**Who We Are**
**SUMMARY**
The **Workplace Change Analyst **is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of a variety of services related to Workplace Strategy and Change Management projects and services for BGIS’s clients. The Analyst will support Senior Workplace Strategists and other project team members by providing coordination, scheduling, communication, note taking, and administrative tasks
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide general administrative support to the Workplace Strategy & Change Management projects as directed.
- Support Senior Workplace Strategist in the coordination & administration of Workplace Strategy & Change Management services, including:
- Preparation, writing, design and publication of change management communications for clients including presentations, newsletters,
- Prepare & design social media content to be used by clients in project & change management projects
- Attend and act as note taker at project meetings, focus groups & training sessions. Synthesize & report back on each event.
- Administer, monitor & report on attendance at focus groups & training sessions
- Provide administrative support in the development of project deliverables (communications, presentations, agendas, minutes, and
- spreadsheets) for specific projects and assignments
- Schedule & coordinate meetings and events; prepare logistics and provide administrative support during meetings and events.
- Document status of activities against project schedules.
- Other duties as assigned
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- College diploma in related discipline with up to 3 years of demonstrated experience
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities between multiple initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills
- Strong customer focus
- Visual or graphic design experience considered an asset
