The Digital Workplace team is looking for a Manager, Change and Adoption for digital workplace solutions. The Digital Workplace team operates in support of the overall firm needs providing Digital Workplace solutions that prioritize productivity, collaboration, knowledge management, change management, user experience. These solutions seek to enable KPMG employees with productive technology and knowledge solutions driving value for KPMG and our clients.

What you will do:

- Design and lead business needs discovery and solution workshops
- Conceptualize and propose solutions tailored to business needs and challenges
- Supercharge collaboration, productivity, and technical capabilities by providing appropriate solutions based on business need
- Identify and assess end user impact based on technology driven changes and develop appropriate change management plans

What you bring to this role:

- Diploma in Organizational Change Management, Learning and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in adoption and change management consulting, professional services, or related roles.
- Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) are a plus.
- Hands-on experience in change management, training and communication preferably within a digital workplace or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Expertise in Microsoft productivity tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs and materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address user needs and concerns

**KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information**

The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
