**Role Overview**

We are currently seeking a Renovation Sales Manager for a role based in Edmonton, AB. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in building, construction, or related materials sales. Our client is open to talent from other sectors if they demonstrate exceptional sales prowess.

**Position Details**:

- Location: Edmonton, AB

**What You'll Bring**:

- 5-7 years of consumer sales experience, ideally with door-to-door sales in the construction or building materials sectors
- Comfortable navigating a variety of trades and adapting to dynamic environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, being both direct and approachable
- Ability to travel as needed

**What You'll Get**:

- Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus an annual performance bonus
- Three weeks of vacation

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, train, and mentor a sales team of 3-4 professionals focused on new business development with homeowners and residential consumers needing renovations
- Act as the primary advisor and motivator for the sales team, guiding, directing, and providing assistance as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to connect with new clients, attend trade shows, and drive revenue growth
- Analyze regional trends to set sales targets and assess team performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader company campaigns
- Produce and maintain detailed sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
