**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing, ensuring high-quality results that meet project specifications.
- Carry out restoration tasks on existing structures while adhering to safety standards.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and perform construction painting as needed for each project.
- Operate equipment safely when required for specific renovation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

**Experience**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming, and finishing techniques.
- Strong background in carpentry, plumbing, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical work is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in restoration projects is a plus.
- Ability to advise construction estimating accurately is preferred. - Commitment to delivering durable, long-lasting workmanship.

**5. Safety and Environmental Responsibility**
- Full compliance with safety regulations, PPE, and builder safety policies.
- Awareness of potential hazards (structural, electrical, dust, noise, materials).
- Careful waste separation, recycling, and environmentally responsible disposal.
- Respect for homeowner privacy and property protection.
