**Sales Order Processing**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated person to join our Team. This is an in-office position.

**Main Purpose of Position**

To process all incoming sales orders including outbound freight duties and general office support on an as-needs basis.
- Processing all incoming sales orders, scheduling, and booking outbound freight
- Responsible for obtaining freight quotes with approved freight carriers & brokers
- Verification of freight charges against quoted amounts, matching PO, related documents and entering onto logs;.
- Generation & managing of daily logistic schedules
- Responsible for on-time accurate delivery of orders and tracking goods en-route to their destination, ensuring any problems that may arise, are resolved to avoid delays
- Collection, collation and filing of relevant paperwork from WMS
- Accurate record keeping of Lot Codes
- Responsibility and management of CRM claims
- Filing and archiving as required
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate staff
- Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is happy, healthy, safe, neat and tidy
- Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability, as required

**Person Specification**
- Admin/Office B2B experience
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a similar role
- Essential requirements are strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, a willingness to develop and learn new skills
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- High degree of accuracy and detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Personable
- Excellent problem identification, adaptability, and resolution skills
- Able to work under own initiative, be proactive and work efficiently as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with a high sense of urgency
- Accountable for complete success in this role
- Flexible, courteous, friendly and positive approach
- Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism always

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00 per year
