We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Montreal team as a Model Agent Intern. As a Model Agent Intern, you will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with our experienced Team Managers and Model Agents, providing support in both creative and strategic aspects of our day-to-day operations. To thrive in this role, we are seeking someone who possesses an outgoing personality and takes initiative, coupled with a genuine passion for the fashion and beauty world. It is highly advantageous to have a solid understanding of the industry, as well as knowledge in digital marketing and familiarity with emerging social media platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO:_**
- Collaborate closely with each member of your team, providing assistance and support on their individual projects.
- Participate actively in weekly team meetings, offering valuable insights and contributing to discussions as needed.
- Assist in prospecting and sourcing potential new talents, identifying individuals who align with our agency's vision and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and gather insightful data pertaining to the model management industry and our direct competitors.
- Aid in various administrative tasks and record-keeping related to model management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning initiatives for the advancement of models' careers.

**_ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:_**
- Possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as fashion management, PR, marketing, or communications.
- Show a genuine passion for the modeling industry, with in-depth knowledge of fashion, models, and photography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different personalities, fostering positive relationships with team members. A great sense of humor is also highly valued
- Demonstrate reliability and a proactive attitude, always ready to take initiative and contribute to the team's success.
- Possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing, leveraging these tools to enhance the models' presence and opportunities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required to effectively communicate with models and collaborate with the team.
