Job Description
Clearpath Robotics' Research Systems team is looking for a well organized, relationship-oriented Technical Account Executive with proven skills across all account functions: business development, direct technical sales, and account management. This role will report to the Sales Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating product features and software
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
- Provide company, product, and technical overview presentations
- Provide pre-sales quotes to customers
- Check purchase orders for accuracy against the quote or standards before processing Provide technical assistance to the customers - answering technical queries and perform research when answers are not immediately available
- Execute outreach campaigns and secure net new business
- Successfully promote and sell Clearpath as a full-service robotic solutions provider
- Maintain and develop a high level of knowledge of new technology and the company's solution offerings
- Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed,
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 25% of the time including international travel.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- University degree in a STEM- Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a variety of technical roles including Applications Engineering, Project/Program Management and Technical Sales
- Experience with CRM products such as
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.
