**Job Summary**

To Operate Plastic extruder, shredders, grinders and packaging equipment. Operate and maintain process perimeters to ensure quality. Accountable for the Health and Safety for yourself and all employee’s, housekeeping is at a high level focus for the entire plant.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure shift to shift communication
- Work in accordance with safety and plant policies
- Follow - SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and WI (Work Instructions)
- Review and maintain production schedule with Supervisor to meet requirements
- Ensure machines are running and well maintained
- Meet all production schedule requirements.
- Ensure quality of the product meets Company standards
- Operating plastic and recycling equipment

**Qualifications and Skills**

No experience needed we will train to operate all equipment.
- High School education
- Computer knowledge
- Background in plastic or recycling industry desired.

Job Hours:

- Day Shift (7:am to 7:pm Monday to Wednesday and Thursday 7:am to 3:pm)
- 44 hour work week
- night shift maybe necessary based on customer demand

**Salary**:

- $18. to $20/hour
- Opportunity for advancement
- Benefits after 3 months
