Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule client appointments and caregiver assignments to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver schedules using scheduling software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff to address scheduling needs and changes.
- Assist with general office duties as needed, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Step in to provide caregiving services during staffing shortages or emergencies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in the home care or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to fill in as a caregiver when necessary; prior caregiving experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Important Dates:

- Interview Schedule: Interviews will commence the first week of January.
- Start Date: The position is available immediately following the interview process.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
