**Position Summary**

Under the responsibility of the Vice President of Sales of Canada, the Executive Assistant provides administrative support.

**Main responsibilities**
- Prepare the agenda for the meetings and make the necessary arrangements for these meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review and submission.
- Prepare and review correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and other related documents.
- On occasion, coordinate or confirm appointments and meetings.
- Formulate and implement the modes of operation of the office.
- Welcome the visitors, determine the purpose of their visit and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Organize trips and make the necessary reservations.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required and conduct research as necessary.

**Profile**
- College program in office technology.
- 5 years of experience in an administrative position at the senior management level.
- Perfectly bilingual, oral, and written.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure;
- Has good analytical skills;
- Has excellent judgment and sense of discernment;
- Has a strong work ethic and respect for confidentiality;
- Perfect command of current computer tools;
