**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks including taking orders, bussing, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the front of house area. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front of house area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
- Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
