Advance Paper Box Ltd is looking for a full-time Shipper/Receiver to join our team, who will provide support to the Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely shipping and receiving of all incoming and outgoing orders and help other production departments
Advance Paper Box is a fully integrated folding carton manufacturing facility including design, die-making, printing, die-cutting, and gluing. **Shift Schedule**: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. p.m.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Loading/Unloading trucks. Inspect and verify incoming goods record shortages, and damaged goods, and immediately report discrepancies to carriers, supervisors, and purchasing officers per company policy.
- Fulfill customer orders for outbound daily shipping.
- Responsible for delivering all the incoming raw materials to their designated departments.
- Ensure that the Day/Night sheeter has rolls set up for production and monitor throughout the day and for the availability of rolls for the sheeting department using Clamp Truck.
- Perform inventory and cycle count checks
- Help with the removal of full and empty bins, cages, bales, and skids
- Maintain organization and paperwork including but not limited to packing lists, waybills, purchase orders, and others.
- Maintain workspace and cleanliness and ensure movement of products and materials (up to 50 lbs.) using a hand jack or by forklift only.
- Other duties as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Two (2) years of manufacturing experience with experience in using a forklift
- Previous warehouse experience/Shipper Receiver will be considered an asset.
- Must be able to use a forklift and clamp truck to safely load and unload trucks.
- Must be comfortable working with a computer and have a good grasp of numbers.
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision and in a team environment.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

**Physical Capabilities**:

- Must be physically fit to load and unload trucks at regular intervals
- Some heavy lifting is required
- Frequent walking and standing for extended periods
