Edmonton, Canada Sherlock Holmes Pub Full time

Part-time Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk averaging 25 flexible hours per week in an office environment for a locally owned vibrant restaurant/pub chain in the Edmonton Area.

This position will require you to:

- Enter, pay and balance payables into a shared general ledger program
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Inventory management
- Fill pub merchandise orders
- Electronic filing
- Verify hours, enter and pay all employees through an online payroll program for a bi-weekly pay schedule
- Prepare employee files, ROE’s, layoffs and incentives

Experience with Outlook, Quickbooks online, Excel, Payworks payroll system and Electronic Filing would be a benefit

This is an entry level position with room for advancement in a growing local company.

**Summary**

In the role of Part-time Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk, you will be essential in managing financial transactions and payroll processes within the organization. Reporting to the Controller, you will utilize your core skills in accounting and payroll, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, to ensure accurate data entry and account reconciliation. Your premium skills in various accounting software and relevant experience in accounts payable and human resources will support the smooth operation of financial activities. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
