**Roller Operator (Asphalt)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate a roller operator on an asphalt crew
- Ability to operate a variety of pieces of heavy equipment in a safe manner
- Performs daily safety and maintenance checks
- Assist team members with other tasks related to construction project

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience operating a roller
- Valid drivers license and own transportation is required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Working hours may require some weekend and evening shifts
