We are a fast-paced specialty luxury cleaner looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join our Luggage Repair team. This role is crucial for keeping our repair operations running smoothly by accurately managing all repair data and ensuring every customer receives clear, friendly communication.
**Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter detailed information for all incoming luggage repairs into our proprietary database system (including customer details, luggage brand/model, required repairs, and parts needed).
- Process and track repair orders, status changes, part orders, and final invoicing with high attention to detail.
- Maintain and update digital and physical files, ensuring all records are organized and accessible.
- Ordering parts through partners already available.
- Clearly and professionally communicate repair estimates, timelines, delays, and completion status to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding repair policies, warranty claims, and tracking information.
- Coordinate with the repair technicians to ensure accurate information is conveyed to the customer and recorded in the system.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

**Skills**
Proven experience in a role requiring significant data entry (speed and accuracy are essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer service.
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Familiarity with inventory management or warranty processes is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
