This position will report to the National Sales Director.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Inside sales and marketing support
- Prepare estimates, bids, and project proposals
- Customer service and support, client meetings, tradeshow/ association planning, meetings and attendance as required
- Sales administration and reporting
- Market Research, i.e. industry trends, customer satisfaction, new opportunities and enhance sales strategies
- Create and support ideas to improve client care, repeat opportunities and increase new business and customers
- Develop, forecast, execute, and implement project strategies for growth of business
- Expedite orders.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of ethics and integrity
- Strong business acumen (planning, strategy, finance, and operations) and decision-making for success
- Strong ability to learn quickly, lead self, multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Advanced proficiency utilizing office software programs including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Professional degree or diploma in sales or business is a definite asset.
- Advanced time management and organization skills to balance and coordinate effort across multiple, concurrent activities
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years of experience in sales or expediting is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
- Mandatory E-Rail Safe qualified

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Travel: Approximate 25% as required for business, (client calls, marketing and company meetings)
- Hours of Work: 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch)

**DRESS**

Appropriate professional appearance is a requirement at all times.

Mandatory safety equipment when in the yard or on-site visits: Safety Glasses, Boots, Vest, and Hard Hat as required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
