Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing social media accounts end-to-end across multiple
brands. This role covers strategy, ideation, scripting, publishing, community management,
influencer outreach, and CRM updates. It requires strong platform knowledge, excellent
writing skills, high organization, and the ability to adapt quickly as new tasks and priorities
arise.
This is a flexible, fast-paced role suited for someone comfortable juggling multiple brands,
shifting priorities, and ongoing collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Ideation
Research trends, competitors, and market insights to identify high-performing video
ideas
Find inspiration and concepts aligned with each brand’s audience and objectives
Adapt trends and ideas to fit the brand tone, positioning, and customer psychology
Scripting & Copywriting
Script short-form video concepts tailored to each account
Write engaging, on-brand captions optimized for reach, engagement, and conversions
Publishing & Scheduling
Schedule approved content using Metricool once edited footage is received
Ensure posting cadence, formats, and timing align with platform best practices
Community Management
Respond to comments in the brand’s tone of voice
Manage DMs professionally, efficiently, and consistently
Proactively engage through outreach comments on relevant accounts to drive visibility
Influencer Marketing & Outreach
Identify and communicate with potential influencers and collaborators via DMs
Prepare and send contracts to collaborators
Maintain organized follow-ups and communication
CRM & Organization
Update CRM systems with influencer, outreach, and campaign information
Track conversations, deliverables, and campaign progress across brands
Operational FlexibilityAdapt to new tasks and evolving priorities as they arise
Collaborate closely with editors, managers, and internal teams
Manage frequent back-and-forth across multiple brands efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
Social Media Expertise
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content ecosystems
Knowledge of content performance drivers (hooks, watch time, engagement,
conversions)
Familiarity with platform-specific best practices and trends
Writing & Communication
Excellent scripting and caption-writing skills
Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands and industries
Tools & Workflow
Metricool (or similar scheduling tools)
CRM systems for tracking outreach and campaigns
Comfortable working with shared drives, task boards, and collaborative tools
Organization & Execution
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong time management across multiple brands
Able to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously
Bonus Skills
Influencer marketing experience
Contract handling and negotiation basics
Basic understanding of paid ads and performance metrics
Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
Experience using ClickUp or similar task management tools (strong bonus, as ClickUp is
core to our workflow)
Bilingual (French/English)

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
