**Responsibilities**:
Content Development
- Develop and execute internal and external communication plans;
- Write content for the company's external site, social media, publications, trade shows and events;
- Publish engaging content across digital and social media channels to optimize our presence (photos, videos, infographics, articles, etc.);
- Collaborate with key vendors and clients to develop joint content strategies to maximize communication efforts;
- Research new trends, ideas and tools to jumpstart successful and effective communication campaigns;
- Participate in developing the editorial calendar in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure a continuous and optimized presence on social media platforms (brainstorming, planning sessions, etc.);
- Support developing and coordinating essential communication materials (press releases, FAQs, presentations, speeches, etc.).
Analytics and Monitoring
- Manage traditional and social media monitoring tools to produce value-added analytics.
- Deploy effective benchmarks to measure the impact of communication campaigns.
- Interact with subscribers and monitor social media.
Corporate Communications and Public Relations
- Produce content for internal communications, such as announcements, employee presentations, and corporate videos;
- Manage and produce content for the intranet as a whole;
- Follow up on communication projects to meet various deadlines;
- Review print and digital products for consistency and brand compliance;
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, and propose creative and innovative solutions to potential challenges;
- Coordinate tasks and assume budgetary control for the production of internal and external communication pieces;
- Assist in the organization of external communication activities (press conferences, major events, photo shoots,) both at our service centers (Macon, Tucson, Bridgeport) and externally (air shows elsewhere in the world);
- Research and write press releases, appointment notices, and speeches and ensure their distribution, as required;
- Maintain up-to-date press lists and lists of various target audiences as defined in the communications plan.
**Qualifications**:
- Hold a college degree in public relations, communications or journalism. Any other combination of relevant education and experience will be considered;
- Have five to eight years of public relations or communications experience in a global company or agency;
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French (in Quebec); and
- Excellent writing skills in both English and French, with a predominance in English;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hectic and stressful environment;
- A solid ability to plan, organize and manage priorities;
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize; Ability to synthesize and analyze;
- Have good judgment and a problem-solving approach;
- Have a good knowledge of the tools and processes required to implement effective communication strategies;
- Be a strong team player, self-motivated, skillful, curious and creative;
- Possess strong computer skills: have excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, etc.);
- Work well in a team environment and demonstrate a strong sense of commitment and professionalism.
