Key Responsibilities:

- Directly oversee two front staff personnel and collaborate with four other management departments.
- Create and implement office policies and procedures.
- Dispatching duties, including coordination and communication with flight crews to ensure efficient scheduling for charters and freight/cargo.
- Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling and organizing tasks.
- Provide top-tier client service and manage customer interactions.
- Please make sure the office operates efficiently and effectively daily.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Cloud Sharing.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing software.
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field is an asset; however, a high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must understand First Nations culture and adapt communication skills and behavior to suit different cultural contexts.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$18.80 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
