Are you ready to represent one of Northern Ontario’s most beloved craft breweries? As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in building relationships, growing sales, and sharing our passion for craft beer with your community.

In this role, you’ll focus on expanding our presence in a key market outside of our hometown. You’ll be responsible for growing our market share in LCBOs, cornerstores/grocery and licensees (bars, pubs, restaurants). This role is remote. It will involve daily check-ins and virtual meetings, but there will be no in-person support or oversight. You must be a strong self-starter and able to manage your own time and results independently. You will be closely monitored against metrics to ensure the work is being completed and results are following.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with LCBOs, cornerstores/grocery and licensees (bars, pubs, restaurants), supporting both new and existing accounts.
- Assist the Sales Team with ongoing projects and customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams on strategies to engage customers and drive growth.
- Develop sales plans and forecast beer needs based on current stock and demand.
- Maintain effective and respectful communication with colleagues and customers.
- Manage inventory of sales materials and beer stock to ensure availability.
- Coordinate and assist with deliveries, including order preparation.
- Represent SGBC at events, providing enthusiastic support as needed.
- Provide marketing assistance to enhance brand visibility and outreach.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by the SGBC Senior Team.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working in alcohol sales (preferred) or customer service (required otherwise)
- Experience working on marketing projects an asset
- Knowledge of Google Docs & Gmail an asset
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Knowledge of Excel and ability to make spreadsheets an asset
- Have a valid G driver's license
- Have the ability to lift over 50lbs
- Updated Smart Serve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
