**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices is a plus.

Pay: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
