Scott Springfield Mfg. by Modine operates three production facilities within the Calgary area. To support its growth and expansion, Scott Springfield Mfg. by Modine is looking to add Delivery Coordinator to the team.

As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be accountable for supporting the delivery dates of HVAC air handling equipment to our data center customers as well as maintaining/updating customer orders in our ERP software.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Attend coordination meetings with jobsites to communicate and negotiate delivery dates.
- Communicate delivery dates and coordinate deliveries with logistics groups.
- Enter and maintain jobs in the ERP software.
- Work with production to manage pull-in and push-out dates.
- Support event planning by creating agendas, lists of attendees and planning logistics.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Knowledge and/or experience in shipping and scheduling.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
