Which means each delivery is assigned, accepted and picked up by delivery agents before the pickup windows have elapsed, and delivered successfully on time within the specified timeframe. This involves monitoring the backend for deliveries, providing support for our customers, and coordinating delivery agents to ensure all deliveries are completed successfully. **Key Responsibilities** - All deliveries within Calgary are completed on time with our internal parameters - Managing active delivery agents, and ensuring that adhere to our values and expectations - Supporting business customers and end recipients as needed - Be at the warehouse from 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday - 7am to 2pm on Saturdays (Saturday will be temporary) - Total of 52-55 hours per week **What we’d like to see** - High school graduate and at least 1 year of university experience - You have your own vehicle - Excellent communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Proficient with understanding software platforms - Be able to anticipate next steps or potential problems - One the spot problem solving skills **Benefits** - Potential performance bonus structure. - Opportunity to join a business with over 75% growth rate YOY - A collaborative team environment with a commitment to each other. **Compensation** - Yearly salary = $55k to $70k **How to Apply** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - On-site parking - Paid time off - Work from home Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - On call - Overtime - Weekends as needed **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2025-07-13
