**About The Role**

We are hiring a strategic and experienced **Medical Aesthetics Department Manager** to lead the operations, sales performance, and marketing strategy of our medical aesthetics division. In this role, you will oversee all client-facing staff—including injectors, aestheticians, guest services, the marketing team, and the VIP coordinator—ensuring a high-touch, luxury experience while driving consistent revenue growth and client retention.

You will be accountable for the overall success of the department: keeping provider calendars fully booked, growing our membership base, increasing repeat visits, maximizing client lifetime value, and shaping the aesthetic brand’s market presence. This role is ideal for someone with direct experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or a similar clinical luxury environment—someone who thrives in leadership, builds high-performing teams, and delivers exceptional client outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Team & Operations Management**
- Lead and support all staff within the aesthetics department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and service delivery.
- Hold structured weekly meetings and individual check-ins with team members to track goals, performance, and alignment.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, development, and performance reviews.
- Manage inventory ordering and supply tracking to maintain clinical readiness and efficiency.

**Membership & Client Retention**
- Grow and maintain the VIP membership base, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and repeat bookings.
- Supervise the VIP coordinator to ensure all member benefits, touchpoints, and follow-ups are executed at a high standard.Monitor and improve client retention, treatment plan adherence, and upselling opportunities across the team.

**Sales Strategy & Team Performance**
- Set and track weekly and monthly revenue targets, optimizing team performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Deliver ongoing internal training for client-facing teams focused on sales scripting, objection handling, consultation strategy, and upselling.
- Monitor consultation close rates and drive improvements through feedback, training, and accountability.
- Build and manage a pipeline of local referral partnerships with aligned businesses to drive inbound traffic.

**Marketing Strategy Oversight**
- Define and refine brand voice and market positioning in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Supervise the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and aligned with growth goals.
- Track marketing performance metrics and provide direction for optimization and reallocation of efforts as needed.

**CRM & Systems Supervision**
- Oversee the performance of booking and CRM platforms (e.g., Jane App, GoHighLevel) by managing the team responsible.
- Ensure systems are maintained correctly, automations are functioning, and no leads or follow-ups are missed.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or a similar high-end clinical environment.
- Proven success in team management, client experience leadership, and revenue growth within a service-based business.
- Strong understanding of high-ticket consultative selling, client psychology, membership growth, and team performance coaching.
- Familiarity with CRM and booking systems, with the ability to lead those managing them effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a proactive, accountable mindset.
