**Full time - $22.00/hr. 8 hours per day + benefits**
**5 days working Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 6am**

We are seeking Nighttime Line Cook to join our culinary team Here in Nova Scotia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during evening hours, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our standards and recipes
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor and maintain appropriate food temperatures during storage and service
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Communicate effectively with our customers to ensure smooth service
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in kitchen cleanup and set up procedures for the shift.
- Bake items for the next day
- build sandwiches and salads etc for the grab and go fridge
- help with early morning caterings as required.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a line cook
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and ability to work multiple stations
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Skill in using kitchen equipment and tools efficiently
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's Certificate (preferred)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing menus and seasonal ingredients
