RS Breakers & Controls is looking for a talented and experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of our growing business. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee accounting functions, ensure compliance with interprovincial tax regulations, and drive efficiencies in financial processes. This role is ideal for a proactive, entrepreneurial leader with expertise in ERP implementation and a passion for optimizing financial systems.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering growth and operational excellence.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including compliance with interprovincial tax regulations and payroll requirements.
- Drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, streamlining financial workflows for efficiency.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support strategic goals.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, including mergers and acquisitions.
**What You'll Bring**
- CPA designation with 8+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in small to medium-sized businesses.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Dynamics CRM.
- Expertise in interprovincial tax compliance and payroll regulations.
- Hands-on experience implementing ERP systems and training others on their use.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
**Additional Details**
This hybrid role is based in Mississauga, ON, requiring 3-5 days on-site during the first three months. Occasional travel may be needed. Familiarity with Canadian tax laws and interprovincial financial nuances is essential.
