RS Breakers & Controls is an Original Equipment Supplier that provides excellent customer service and customized solutions. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more. We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial, and industrial needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with our third party marketing team to achieve seamless communication and execution
- Manage social media and develop strategies
- Develop marketing campaigns and ensure quality control and project adherence to overall business objectives.
- work directly with e-commerce and IT developer to create marketing material, promotions and campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate creative materials, including social media assets, websites, landing pages, brochures, photography, videos, and print projects
- Manage trade shows
- Monitor competition and their strategies
- Keep track of latest industry trends, best practices and competitors and translate into executable ideas
- Building and establishing relationships across marketing resources in Canada and beyond
- Build knowledge on electrical field best practices and inventory to better integrate strategies to fit our specialized needs.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- 1 to 2 years experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management. Recent graduates welcome.
- Minimum of 1 year industry experience, with knowledge and understanding in industry trends
- Strong in project management and content development
- Excellent writer, with experience writing engaging content.
- Working knowledge of the principles of SEO, including keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Design experience using InDesign, Photoshop and Canva.
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects assigned
- Detail oriented with a passion for marketing and project managing.
- Great communication skills, with an ability to delegate tasks
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and demands, as appropriate
- Knowledge of electrical parts such as Electrical Breakers, Bus Plugs, MCC Buckets and lugs an asset
